THE SOLUTION
By joining Identiq’s private network, Wix was able to anonymously query the identity of merchants at the point of account sign up and customers at the point of sale. The resulting score allowed them to provide smoother journeys to good users that were new to them but were known to the network with very low chargeback rates.
Over 12% of previously declined customers, which represent 27% of declined revenue, were identified by Identiq as good users, and could be approved automatically with very low chargeback rates.
